Liz Hamilton has been a Family Childcare Provider for 25 years and has loved every minute of growing and learning in this fulfilling and wonderful field.  For Liz, it's been an honor and privilege working with all the wonderful children she has had through the years and is thankful that God has given her the gift to be able to do so because she couldn't think of any other occupation she would rather be in.

She believes that children are a gift, a blank-slate, pure and genuine and it is up to us to help them grow and learn in a way that they can keep these qualities that they can reach their full potential and share them with others. They are our future leaders. She has three grown children, who have grown up with and consider her childcare children their friends. Together, they love to be outdoors camping, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and anything else we can do with their pup, Summit.

When not with the children (her own or childcare), her passions include health and nutrition, reading, teaching water aerobics for Tooele City Aquatic Center, serving and teaching in her chosen faith, gardening, studying/learning, and playing the piano. A fun fact? She's a dark chocolate connoisseur...ahhhhh! She has recently obtained her Bachelor of Science in Family Life Studies with a personal emphasis in Childhood Development and Gerontology. Also, she just became a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE-P). Wanting to further her education, she plans on pursuing my masters degree in the fall of 2017 in a similar field.  Liz is currently PFCCA President-elect and is looking forward to working with the current board, all it's members, and learning the ropes of this wonderful organization!
