We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Debbie Elmer for her unwavering dedication to family child care and the PFCCA Board. Throughout her long term as president, Debbie has been an exemplary leader whose passion and commitment have made a lasting impact. She has devoted countless hours to improving and strengthening family child care by attending conferences across the state, meeting with legislators, and courageously advocating for the value and importance of our work. Debbie’s willingness to be such a strong and compassionate voice for all of us has truly made a difference. We are also grateful that she will continue to support our board and help guide us as we move forward. We deeply appreciate her leadership, service, and the care she has shown to the family child care community.

2025 Provider of the Year is Robin Perez! Robin is a dedicated and passionate childcare provider who continually seeks growth and improvement. She embraces new ideas, supports fellow educators, and shares her knowledge generously. Her compassion, commitment, and creativity make her an inspiring role model who uplifts her community and makes a lasting impact on every child and family she serves.
